Founded by Fred Poyner, P.E., P.L.S. and Riley Sipe, P.L.S. Cascade Surveying & Engineering, Inc. has provided Land Surveying and Civil Engineering services in Snohomish County and surrounding areas since 1970. That's over 50 years experience we bring to your project, making sure you receive accurate and reliable information.
In those 50 plus years, we have generated one of the most comprehensive land survey data banks in northwestern Washington with over 23,000 project files and are record holders for Jim King, Harrison Christianson, Clarence Ritchie and Riley Sipe.
